Liquid Precursors

Bubbling

The liquid precursor is agitated by passing the carrier gas through the bubbler. The agitation leads to a uniform temperature distribution. A temperature sensor with one point is sufficient  for the CeeVeeTech correction algorithm.

Vapor Draw

The liquid precursor is quiescent. The temperature field is layered normal to the liquid surface. A multi point temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature field for the CeeVeeTech Vapor Draw algorithm.
